Sr. Business Analyst (Banking and Insurance) (Job ID: CP100):
To gather requirements for configuration and implementation of mgmt. systems in the banking and insurance domain. Perform user requirement gathering thru JAD sessions, Gap analysis, and development of functional specs. Participate and lead full S/ware Development Cycle and methodologies and validation to ensure QA control. Create defects in Quality Center and facilitate the defect resolution process. Analyze and develop business requirements and system specs, define use cases from requirements and convert them into s/ware specs. Formulate test plans, test scripts, test cases and user documentation. Write advanced SQL & PL/SQL queries to verify availability of relevant data. Create automated forms and reports using Excel/Access Macros and VBA. Perform setup of test data for all testing purposes and validate results to confirm the functionality of the requirements. Provide troubleshooting, data loading, documentation and production support. Master's degree in Management, Buss Admin, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related & 3 yrs exp.

To gather requirements for configuration and implementation of management systems for domains in the finance, insurance or healthcare industries. Gather business requirements and work with business users to document work flow and collaborate with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options. Re-engineer business processes and align change, incident and release management processes using ITIL guidelines. Analyze change and release management modules of legacy systems. Extract legacy data from multiple sources, load into staging and transform into target system. Analyze large volumes of data sets and provide solutions. Lead requirements analysis sessions between the business users and development team with emphasis on Agile Methodology, Use Cases and Best Practices. Create quality business requirements documentation including business process workflow, use cases and wire frames using MS Visio and MS Word. Develop and maintain data preparation and validation routines to support data mining and create complex data algorithms. Design and implement quality standards. Evaluate analytic tools and methodologies for possible deployment. Prepare design models; write business related documents, crosswalks and mapping docs to meet the business need. Support management thru detailed analysis of production results, compared and contrasted with external healthcare trends. Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Management Info Sys, Management Engineering or Engineering related & 3 yrs exp.
